Justin joins EDR as a Civil Engineer, and will be working in our Planning and Site Design Studio within our Syracuse Office. Justin is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and brings four years of structural and site design engineering experience to EDR. He has worked on projects in both North Dakota and New York State. Justin will be assisting with projects involving site design, stormwater management and structural design.
