EDR is seeking versatile, team-oriented Project Managers to join our Environmental Services Group, located in any of our Ohio (Columbus) or New York (Albany, Rochester, Syracuse) offices or based remotely. Qualified candidates will have 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental resource studies, impact analysis, and permitting with strong writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. This position requires experience preparing various permitting documents, an understanding of the studies necessary to support impact analyses, and a successful history of consulting with relevant agencies and jurisdictions specific to energy generation and/or transmission projects. Preference will be given to candidates who can also demonstrate experience with complex energy generation/transmission permitting processes such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Article 10 and Article VII of the New York Public Service Law, Section 94-c of the New York Executive Law, and the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) rules. This position requires, at a minimum, a BS/BA degree in environmental science, natural resources, biology, ecology, or related field.
