EDR is seeking versatile, team-oriented candidates for positions as Project Manager (licensed) in our Saratoga Springs, NY office. Qualified candidates shall have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture with 10+ years of site design and landscape architectural experience. This position will involve the development of landscape architectural designs and construction documents under the direction of Senior Landscape Architects and Project Managers.
- Experience with client and project management, municipal and environmental permitting, Adobe Creative Cloud, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to coordinate with an internal team, other disciplines, clients, and contractors is desired as well.
Candidate will serve as a member of the Landscape Architecture Studio, and contribute to teams that include engineers, environmental scientists, planners, GIS analysts, and graphic artists. Minimum software proficiency requirements include AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop.
The anticipated base pay range of $70,000-$90,000 per year is commensurate with experience. EDR reserves the right to pay outside of the target range based on an individual’s education, credentials, skill level and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs.
