Senior Engineering Project Manager

Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C. (EDR) is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager for our Columbus, OH office. The qualified candidate will have Municipal Water and Wastewater Engineering and or Site-Civil Engineering, and Permitting experience with strong writing, and verbal communication. Position requires a BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, successful completion of the Professional Engineering Exam, and 7 – 15+ years of professional engineering experience.

The qualified candidate will manage and develop assigned engineering designs; produce construction drawings, reports, calculations and technical specifications; develop and maintain client relationships and marketing; work on major projects or several projects of moderate scope with complex features; serve as a member of, and contribute to, teams that include landscape architects, engineers, environmental scientists, planners, GIS analysts, graphic artists, etc.; provide innovative, aesthetic, cost-effective, and practical solutions for projects; maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art engineering in chosen technical specialty area; collaboratively use judgment to determine adaptions in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments; and support marketing efforts as assigned.
