Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C. (EDR) is seeking versatile, team-oriented candidates to join our Environmental Services group. Qualified Senior Environmental Analysts will have at least 5 years of experience in environmental resource studies, impact analysis, and permitting with an understanding of various permitting regulations and requirements, such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Article VII and Article 10 of the New York Public Service Law, and other state and federal wetland regulations. Requires strong technical writing skills, GIS skills, and task management skills, including an ability to oversee the production of resource studies and permit applications, coordinate with/delegate to internal co-workers, and consult with clients, permitting attorneys, and regulatory personnel. Must be able to technically and professionally represent EDR at project-specific meetings and professional conferences. Requires a minimum BS degree in environmental science, natural resources, biology, ecology, or related field.
