EDR is seeking versatile, team-oriented candidates for a position as Senior Project Manager (licensed) in our Saratoga Springs or Albany office serving the Capital and Hudson Valley region. Qualified candidates shall have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture with 15+ years of site design and landscape architectural experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with client and project management, Adobe Creative Cloud, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate will be a member of the Landscape Architecture Studio, and contribute to teams that include engineers, environmental scientists, planners, GIS analysts, and graphic artists. Proficiency in communicating with clients and contractors, coordinating with an internal team, and working with other disciplines. Software proficiency requirements include Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and other project management software.
The anticipated base pay range of $90,000-$120,000 per year is commensurate with experience. EDR reserves the right to pay outside of the target range based on an individual’s education, credentials, skill level and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs.
