Environmental 3D Modeler

Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, & Environmental Services, D.P.C. (EDR) is seeking a versatile, energetic, and team-oriented candidate for a mid-level to senior level 3D modeling/designer position within our Visualization group.  This position will involve working closely with in-house landscape architects, environmental scientists, visualization experts, and engineers to create presentation material, report graphics, technical drawings, and various graphic materials to promote clear communication with clients and the public.  Minimum software proficiency requirements include Autodesk AutoCAD, 3DS Max, the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, and Premiere), Sketchup, and Microsoft Office Suite.  The ideal candidate will be efficient and deadline oriented, possess artistic aptitude while maintaining technical accuracy, and enjoy working on diverse projects.  A working knowledge of 3D photo-matching, photography, videography, GIS, and lidar point clouds are also desired, but not required.  Preferential candidates will also have experience in VRAY, MAXScript, and Python within Autodesk 3DS Max.
