The Preliminary Scoping Statement (PSS) for the Cassadaga Wind Project was filed with the New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) on September 3, 2015. The PSS was prepared on behalf of EverPower Wind Holdings, and the filing of this document represents a significant milestone for our client, and we are excited to be moving forward in the Article 10 permitting process. The PSS contains a description of the proposed Project and the studies or program of studies designed to evaluate potentially significant adverse environmental and health impacts, the results of which ultimately will be included in the Article 10 Application.
