The project consists of the construction of the USDA Pesticide Storage Facility building located on the McCarthy Farm in Geneva, NY. The project site is approximately 1.5 acres. The proposed building will be approximately 3,600 GSF. The project will disturb more than an acre and will require Stormwater Management practices to be constructed. EDR provided the following civil engineering services:
- Site plan layout and grading
- Site plantings and erosion and sediment control design
- Utility coordination and design including septic system design, Development of specifications and detailed construction documents for the site work construction.
Stormwater Management Design including the creation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR 122.26 and the EPA General Permit for stormwater discharges from the construction site, as well as the NYSDEC SPDES GP-0-20-001 General Permit.
