EDR’s Greg Liberman is the Chairperson of the New York Water Environment Association’s (NYWEA’s) Stormwater Task Force. He will be presenting “Benefits of Municipal Stormwater Planning” on behalf of NYWEA at a panel presentation to local elected officials entitled “Your Community’s Biggest Capital Investment: What You Need to Know About Your Water/Wastewater Facility” on Wednesday May 20 at the Syracuse University Environmental Finance Center.
