EDR’s Planning staff have been working with the City of Syracuse, the Syracuse-Onondaga County Planning Agency, and Clarion Associates on ReZone Syracuse – the first comprehensive revision of the city’s zoning ordinance. This is an exciting challenge for the project team, and a great opportunity for residents and business owners in the City of Syracuse to help to reshape what has become a very complicated development process.
The City of Syracuse is hosting the first public meeting for this project on Monday, May 9th, at 7pm in the City Hall Commons Atrium (201 E. Washington Street). Please join us to learn more about this critically important project!
