EDR, in association with George R. Frantz & Associates, is very pleased to announce the publication of Tioga County’s draft Agricultural & Farmland Protection Plan. This plan is the culmination of a tremendous effort on behalf of Tioga County staff and consultants, a dedicated project Steering Committee, and the many stakeholders that have helped to guide us along the way. The draft plan has been posted to the Tioga County website.
On March 24, the Tioga County Department of Economic Development and Planning will host an open house from 7pm-8:30pm at the Candor Fire Department to present the draft plan to the public. All are welcome to join the project team and local officials as we discuss the future of farming in Tioga County!
